Poet, critic, translator, editor. He was born in Ning'an City, Heilongjiang Province in 1959. 
He is a director of the Korean National Art Museum of Jilin Province, and the director of the magazine "Doraji" (Korean) company.

He was borned in 1957, Guangxi.
He is a famous poet. 
He is the vice chairman of the Guangdong Writers Association, a national first-level writer, and editor. 
He is  one of the third generation of powerful poets, one of the folk writing representative poets. 
He published many writings in influential newspapers and magazines such as “People's Literature”, “Poetry”, “Chinese Writers”, “World Literature”,” Shanghai Literature” and etc…
He published "Unfamiliar Crossroads" (People's Literature Publishing House), "Clumsy Fingers" (Beiyue Literature and Art Publishing House), "Yang Ke Poetry Collection" (Chongqing Publishing House), "Related and Unrelated" (Taiwan Huapin Wenchuang Publishing Co., Ltd.) 

He won the first Guangxi Government Award "Bronze Drum Award", the first Guangxi "Young Writers Award", "The Second "Youth Literature" (1984-1988) Creation Award", "People's Literature" Essay Award, "Shanhua" Award, " "The Third Generation Poet's Outstanding Contribution Award", "The First Chinese Poetry Double Year (2006-2007) Top Ten" Award, Guangdong "The Eighth Lu Xun Literature and Art Award", Chinese Contemporary Poetry (2000-2010) Contribution Award, and Taiwan" The second stone rhyme new poem award first, "Genesis" "40-year preference award" and so on. 
On December 2, 2016, he was elected as a member of the Ninth National Committee of the Chinese Writers Association.
