Chen, Kehua was born in 1961 in Hualien, Taiwan.
He graduated from School of Medicine, Taipei Medical University, and finished his post-doctoral research at Harvard University. 
Kehua is a practical medical doctor in the general veteran hospital in Taipei as the attending ophthalmologist. 
A virtuoso of poetry decorated with most of the major literary awards and prizes in Chinese literary communities.
Kehua has also been highly accomplished in other literary genres, lyrics and plays, as well as poetry. 
His works have been translated into many languages, including English, Japanese, German and others. 
Many poems have been included in the official textbooks for Chinese literature in some Chinese communities around the worlds. 
In the past few years, with his creativity venturing beyond literature to conquer more realms such as visual art and installation art. 
Kehua has already put forward exhibitions of his works in galleries and related venues.
XAVIER LIN

Dr. Xavier Lin (aka Weicheng Lin) acquired his Phd on Translation studies at Centre for translation and comparative cultural studies of University of Warwick UK, is now based at Department of Foreign Language and Literature National Chi Nan University, Taiwan. 
His academic interest focuses on the following topics: the criticism of poetry translation, especially between poetics and poetry translation.  
The establishment of new criticism frameworks for poetry translation integrating Chinese poetics and Gestalt Theory.
He has also been a free-lance translator. 
Published more than thirty translations including works by Kazuo Ishiguro, Juan Ramon Jimenez, C, S Lewis and non-literary books on a wide variety of subjects and disciplines.
