TANG, XIN He was born in Shaanxi in 1962. He graduated from Northwest Normal University in 1984. He graduated from Shanxi Normal University with Master's degree in 1991. He graduated from Lanzhou University for PhD in 2004. He is teaching as a professor at Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology.
