This life This life I see you clearly walking towards me from the last life And then into my next And into the next of the next, However, what I have is the present. Whenever I Wake up dreamless I would be concerned I have eternally missed Missed you, alas- I want to return to the moment when the mistake happened To freeze that scene Stopping the time: You’d always be in the position of standing up to leave: I’d always be reaching towards you.
